As hashtags são uma das estratégias mais simples e eficazes para ter mais alcance e engajamento nas plataformas sociais. SAbemos que no marketing, tudo muda o tempo todo, e com as hashtags, não é diferente, inclusive, os resultados que elas mostram nos permite perceber que algo mudou.
De qualquer forma, é uma estratégia simples de implementar, e pode trazer resultados, porém, há uma série de cuidados que é preciso ter para que as hashtags funcionem.
MITOS da Quantidade #1: O Instagram permite utilizar até um número máximo de 30 hashtags por publicação. Usar muitas hashtags no Twitter ou Facebook, é ineficaz. Utilizar hashtags por si só, pode não funcionar. O segredo está no tipo de hashtag que você usa e não em sua quantidade.
MITOS em usar hashtags na BIO #2: ter hashtags na bio do Instagram só te prejudica. A principal vantagem das hashtags é que são uma forma de organizar o conteúdo e garantir que a procura por determinado tópico, seja encontrada. Mas a bio do Instagram é exceção! Quando utilizamos uma hashtag na nossa bio, estamos basicamente fazendo um convite para as pessoas fugirem de nosso perfil e explorar aquele tópico, descobrindo o conteúdo de outras pessoas. Ou seja, não só nos ajuda, como leva as pessoas a visitarem outros perfis.
MITOS em usar hashtags populares #3: utilizar hashtags por si só não funciona. Se fosse fácil, todo mundo estaria “bombando” nas redes sociais. O segredo está no tipo de hashtag que selecionamos. A minha recomendação, é optar usar sempre hashtags de nicho (hashtags mais específicas) ou hashtags que têm um número de publicações interessantes e de alguma forma equivalentes à dimensão da tua conta. Um exemplo disso, é utilizar hashtags como #lifestyle #empreendedor ou #moda, demasiadamente com milhões de publicações, não surtindo qualquer efeito. Essas hashtags são muito populares e, por isso, hipersaturadas. A palavra certa pode ser a diferença entre uma hashtag que passa totalmente despercebida depois que viraliza.
MITOS em usar hashtags sem acento #4: As hashtags devem receber as devidas notações léxicas (acentos, til e cedilha). Por favor, não assassine a ortografia colocando a culpa nas hashtags.
MITOS ao esconder as hashtags no Stories #5: Ops, isso não é um mito!!! É uma verdade sim. Precisamos destacar a importância quando incluimos hashtags nos stories para aumentar o nosso alcance. Contudo, as hashtags não devem distrair a nossa audiência ou pior, fazer com que as pessoas saiam do nosso conteúdo. Por isso, uma sugestão que usamos com frequência para com nossos clientes, é esconder as hashtags nos stories. Como? Você simplesmente pode reduzir o seu tamanho ou colocá-las da mesma cor que uma determinada parte do seu design. Alternativamente, pode também escondê-las por trás de um emoji ou adesivo.
